5-Day Exchange Policy

At KNS Packaging, we strive to ensure that our customers receive products in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product may be required for verification.

Exchange Process

  • Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product may be offered.

No Refund Policy

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Only product exchanges are permitted if the issue meets our exchange eligibility criteria.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Exchange requests made after 5 days of delivery.
  • Minor variations in size, color, or packaging that do not affect product functionality.
